1. 30-Day Refund Eligibility

We offer eligible refunds within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Please note:

  • We do not accept product returns.

  • We only process eligible refunds that meet the criteria outlined below.

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be approved.


2. No Returns Policy

Xclusivly does not accept physical returns for any products.

Because of the nature of our products, inventory handling procedures, and quality control standards, we do not resell returned merchandise. Therefore, customers are not required to ship items back to us.

Instead, refund eligibility is determined through our review process.


3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

A refund may be approved if one or more of the following conditions apply:
